Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail; it is available at komplizes.com/legal/cookies.

This page explains which cookies and similar technologies Komplize. uses and for what purpose, in accordance with the LSSI-CE and the RGPD (GDPR).

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a site stores on your device in order to remember information between pages or visits (for example, to keep you signed in or to remember your language).

2. Cookies we use

Komplize. uses only its own technical and strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the service. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your activity to third parties.

  • Session (authentication): keeps you securely signed in. Necessary.
  • Language / preferences: remembers the language and interface settings. Necessary.
  • Discreet mode: remembers the unlock status of discreet mode on your device. Necessary.
  • Consent: remembers that you have already seen and accepted this notice so that it is not shown to you again.

3. Third-party cookies

Some features rely on external providers (maps, live video). When you use those features, those providers may set technical cookies necessary for them to work. We do not use them for advertising purposes.

4. Cookie-free audience measurement

We count visits with our own tool that does not install any cookie and does not use browser storage, so it does not require your consent and does not appear in the list above. Nor do we store your IP address. The details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. How to manage them

As we use only strictly necessary technical cookies, the service will not work properly without them. You may delete or block cookies from your browser settings at any time; please note that, if you do so, you may be unable to sign in or you may lose your preferences.

6. Changes

If in future we introduce analytics cookies or other non-necessary cookies, we will ask for your prior consent and will update this policy. For questions: privacidad@ubora.es.
