At Komplize. we process particularly sensitive data with the utmost discretion. This document explains what data we collect, for what purposes, for how long and what rights you have over it, in accordance with Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD / GDPR) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
1. Data controller
- Controller: Ubora Producciones SL
- Tax identification number (NIF): B86503232
- Registered address: Calle Doce de Octubre, 5, 28009 Madrid (España)
- Privacy contact: privacidad@ubora.es
2. Minimum age
Komplize. is a service exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. By registering you confirm that you are of legal age to access adult content and services in your country of residence. If we detect that an account belongs to a minor, we will delete it immediately. If you suspect that a minor is using the service, write to us at privacidad@ubora.es.
3. What data we process
We process only the data necessary to provide the service:
- Account data: email address, password (hashed with bcrypt), pseudonym and, where applicable, the data of the couple account.
- Profile data: profile type, gender, orientation, country and city, biography, preferences, tags and any photographs you choose to upload.
- Special categories (Art. 9 GDPR): as this is an adult community, your preferences and interests may reveal data concerning your sex life and sexual orientation. We process them solely with your explicit consent, which you give when you complete your profile.
- User-generated content: chat messages, private vault photos, stories, events, testimonials and interactions (likes, follows, favourites, matches).
- Identity verification (optional): if you verify your profile, we process a liveness check image to confirm that you are a real person and of legal age.
- Location data: approximate city/area in order to show nearby profiles and events. We do not record your exact real-time location unless you enable features that require it.
- Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, access logs and push notification tokens, for security and operational purposes.
4. What we use your data for, and the legal basis
- Providing the service (account, profile, chat, matches, events) — basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Showing your profile and preferences to other users — basis: your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)).
- Security, fraud prevention and moderation (verification, reports, blocks, bans) — basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) and legal obligation.
- Notifications, reminders and digests (push and email) — basis: your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
- Compliance with legal obligations — basis: Art. 6(1)(c).
5. Discretion and encrypted vault
Komplize. offers a discreet mode and a private vault for photos protected by encryption. Vault images are encrypted so that only the members of each authorised match can view them. Even so, no system is infallible: share sensitive content at your own risk and only with people you trust.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We disclose it only to providers who help us operate the service, under a data processing agreement:
- Hosting and server infrastructure provider.
- Email delivery provider (notifications and verification).
- Maps provider, to display areas and events.
- Video/streaming provider for the live camera features.
Other users will see only the information you choose to make visible on your profile. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we require appropriate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses).
7. How long we keep your data
- While your account is active, we keep your data in order to provide you with the service.
- If you request deletion, we erase or anonymise your personal data within a maximum of 30 days.
- We keep certain security logs and the data needed to meet legal obligations or handle claims for the period legally required (up to 12 months).
8. Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability:
- Access and portability: download a complete copy of your data from Settings → Export my data.
- Erasure: delete your account from Settings → Delete account (with confirmation by email).
- Rectification: edit your profile whenever you wish.
- Withdrawal of consent: disable notifications or adjust your privacy settings at any time.
You may also write to us at privacidad@ubora.es. If you consider that we have not dealt with your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) — www.aepd.es.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures: password hashing (bcrypt), HTTPS connections, encryption of the photo vault, session-based access control, rate limiting and security headers. We review our practices periodically.
10. Cookies
We use our own cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to work (session, language, preferences). You can find the details in our Cookie Policy.
11. Audience measurement
We use our own tools to measure how many people visit the website and which pages they look at, in order to know whether the service is of use to anyone. This measurement does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and does not store who you are: for each visit we keep the page, the language, the device type and the domain you came from. So as not to count the same person twice, we generate an irreversible code that changes every day, so that visits on different days cannot be linked. Addresses that identify someone — profiles, conversations, vaults — are aggregated without the identifier. The data is kept for a maximum of 400 days, is not shared with anyone and is not used to profile you or for advertising. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the version in force on this page together with its update date and, if the changes are substantial, we will notify you.
