Komplize. is operated by Ubora Producciones SL (B86503232), with registered address at Calle Doce de Octubre, 5, 28009 Madrid (España). For any query you may write to info@ubora.es.

Komplize. is a platform with adult content aimed exclusively at persons over 18 years of age. By registering you declare and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• It is lawful to access adult content and services in your country and place of residence.
• You are accessing the service voluntarily and understand its nature.

Failure to meet this requirement entails the immediate deletion of the account and, where appropriate, notification to the competent authorities.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile data and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You may not transfer, sell or share your account with third parties.
• An account may represent one person or a couple; in the case of a couple, both persons must be of legal age and must give their consent.
• We may require identity verification for certain features (for example, the live camera).

In order to maintain a safe and respectful environment, you undertake NOT to:

• Upload, send or request content involving minors, in any form whatsoever. Zero tolerance.
• Publish content featuring other people without their consent, or disseminate intimate images of third parties.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud or coerce other users.
• Publish illegal, violent or hateful content, spam or unauthorised advertising.
• Request or offer sexual services in exchange for money (prostitution) or engage in any other illegal activity.
• Collect other users' data, automate access (scraping/bots) or attempt to breach the security of the platform.

Use of Komplize. is always between consenting adults. Any interaction outside the platform is at your own risk.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, texts, stories). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to host and display it within the service for the purpose of providing that service to you. You warrant that you are entitled to publish that content and that you have the consent of any person appearing in it.

• Any user may report profiles, messages, stories or events that breach these rules.
• You may block other users so as not to interact with them.
• We may review reports, remove content and suspend or cancel accounts that infringe these terms, without prior notice where the seriousness of the breach so warrants.
• Reports involving minors or illegal content are handled as a priority and may be referred to the authorities.

Some features (for example, visibility enhancements or boosts) may be offered free of charge, through the referral programme or, in future, for a fee. The specific conditions and prices, if any, will be clearly displayed before purchase.

You may invite other people using your referral code. Rewards are granted when the invited persons complete their registration in accordance with the rules in force. We reserve the right to withdraw rewards obtained through fraud or abuse (fake accounts, self-invitations, etc.).

We work to provide a stable service, but Komplize. is provided “as is”, without any warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, from interactions between users or from content published by third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. You may also export your data before doing so. Deleting the account entails the erasure or anonymisation of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We may amend these terms; we will publish the version in force together with its date. Continued use after a change implies acceptance of it. These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that are competent under the applicable consumer legislation.
