Komplize. is a private club for couples and individuals who want to explore open relationships with discretion and respect. It is not a social network or a directory. It is a space designed for encounters to start well: with honesty, without rush, and with discernment.

The main profile type is a couple, but individual people (men, women, trans or non-binary people) can also sign up. The platform manages different profile types and shows them according to each member's search preferences.

Identity verification confirms that there is a real person behind each profile. It is done through a brief process combining a document photo and a live selfie. The process takes less than two minutes and your data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Only registered and verified members can see full profiles. Private content (vault photos) is only visible to those you explicitly authorise. Discreet mode adds an additional layer of control over who sees what.

Discreet mode lets you set a secondary password that, when entered, shows an alternative or empty version of the profile. If someone accesses your device without permission, they will not see your real activity on the platform. It is activated from the privacy settings.

Registration and profile setup are free. Some advanced features are part of the paid membership. Available prices and plans are shown during the registration process. There are no hidden charges or automatic renewals without notice.

Yes. From the account settings you can request permanent deletion of all your data, profile and conversations. You can also pause your account — you will remain a member but will not appear in suggestions. To exercise your GDPR rights, write to info@ubora.es.

During onboarding, if you create a couple profile, the system generates a unique invitation link for your partner B to complete their part of the profile. The account links automatically when the invitation is accepted.

Photos marked as private are stored in a personal vault. They are only shared when you open access to a specific couple, and that access can be revoked at any time. Photos are never public by default.

The system cross-references the intentions, limits and preferences of both parties before suggesting compatibility. A mutual match occurs when both profiles choose each other from the Ligar section. From that point, the chat is unlocked.

Yes. From an active conversation you can invite the other couple to a private video call. It is a direct call between you — not streaming, no recording and no audience. The feature is designed as a step before meeting in person.

Komplize. is available in Spain and is progressively expanding to other Spanish-speaking countries. The platform complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

From any profile or message you can use the report button. The moderation team reviews each case. You can also block a member directly from their profile — that action is immediate and the blocked profile will no longer appear in your space.

Data is stored on servers within the European Union. We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising. Verification data is handled in accordance with GDPR. You can find full details in our privacy policy.
